Dun & Bradstreet Number (DUNS)
We require all individuals applying for competitions or funding to have a DUNS number so that we can track artistic communities and artists in Utah. By requiring a DUNS number, we can more accurately pinpoint and support artistic endeavors throughout the state.
If you do not already have a DUNS number, we understand that it may take at least 30 days to have one issued from Dun & Bradstreet. If you do not receive your number prior to the application deadline, submit your application and then forward your DUNS number to Jen Parsons-Soran once it is issued.
